Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the orbilot.com website and the Orbilot service, published by Zeren Technologies, owned by Necati Sezer Zeren (see the legal notice).

1. The service

Orbilot automatically produces presentation videos of land plots from the cadastral reference or location you provide, public cadastral data, aerial imagery, elevation data and open map data. A voice-over and subtitles may be generated with the help of artificial intelligence from facts calculated by our system (areas, distances).

2. For professionals only

The service is intended for real-estate professionals (agencies, agents, developers, notaries and other professionals) acting in the course of their business. By creating an account you declare that you act as a professional.

3. Account

An account is opened with Google or with a sign-in link sent to your e-mail address; one e-mail address corresponds to one account. You are responsible for actions taken from your account and must not share your sign-in links.

The agency profile (agency name, advisor name, phone) appears in the videos. You declare that you are entitled to use this information; the date of this declaration is recorded.

4. Informational content

Videos, plot boundaries, areas, distances and generated texts are intended for marketing presentation. They do not replace a boundary survey, an official cadastral document or a planning certificate. The cadastral map has no legal boundary value; distances are measured in a straight line. Check the text and the video before publishing them.

5. Your obligations

• Only produce videos for properties you are authorised to market.
• Provide accurate listing information (title, price, additional details); you are responsible for it.
• Hold the rights to the logos, names and phone numbers used, and the consent of the persons concerned.
• Do not use the videos in a misleading or unlawful way or in breach of third-party rights.
• Keep the source credits shown in the video.

6. Prohibited use

In case of breach, the order concerned may be stopped and the account suspended.

• Automated or bulk querying of the service, reverse engineering or deliberately overloading the system.
• Repeatedly obtaining the free offer through several accounts or e-mail addresses.
• Using a fraudulent payment method or one belonging to someone else.

7. Free offer and prices

Each agency can obtain a first video free of charge. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in euros, excluding VAT, and confirmed before any order. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders: Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice, charges VAT where applicable and handles payment-related customer service. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.

8. Intellectual property

You may use the delivered videos without time limit for your listings, communication and social media about the property shown.

The Orbilot software, design and brand belong to Zeren Technologies and may not be copied without permission. Third-party data remains the property of its owners (see the Sources page).

9. Availability and liability

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, because of a provider outage or a change in data sources. A video that cannot be produced for a reason attributable to us is handled under the refund policy. The service does not guarantee any commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the version in force is published on this page with its date. A change does not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts of Edremit (Balıkesir, Türkiye) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are established.
